Illuminated light box measures 24 × 36 inches with an aluminum frame. High quality non-glare acrylic protects the print. The illuminated print emits a soft glow in daylight and a brighter light at night. Silver fabric cord to plug in and an on/off button switch. Standard two-prong wall plug. Can be wall mounted with the attached wire or placed on the floor for a more sculptural presence.

SIGNAL VOID is a place where technological reception is absent or connection is lost. These photos were taken on a rural West Texas road where my phone loses signal and shifts to SOS. The images are lit by headlights or taillights and reveal only what’s immediate.

Martin, and published online by the Humble Arts Foundation. Her work is regularly exhibited in Marfa, TX and was recently mentioned in Glasstire’s podcast Art Dirt: Chinati Weekend 2025. Caldbeck earned a BFA in Art History and Photography from Concordia University, and has lived and worked in Marfa for 15 years.
